Sophie has three years of experience working as a Primary School Teacher in Victorian State Schools. She has worked across several year levels and is confident in teaching students’ literacy skills at all levels. Sophie is well-equipped to teach literacy skills such as reading fluency and comprehension, spelling, oral language, writing, and communicative skills. NAPLAN can be daunting for many students and families; in her teaching, she provided students with immense preparation for NAPLAN to feel prepared and calm for this assessment, which your child can learn too. Sophie has previously taught students with English as an Additional Language and has a range of strategies and experience to assist students in this area in line with the Victorian Curriculum.
