Having started teaching high school students in 2020 after completing her Graduate Diploma in Teaching Secondary English and Media Studies, Phoebe is committed to empowering students to explore and optimise their abilities in approaching analysis and creation of texts for VCE English and EAL. She places a strong emphasis on crafting precision, conciseness and coherence in VCE text response, creative and argument analysis essay writing within the contexts presented.
Born in England and raised in New Zealand, she ran her own theatre company, which focussed on classic literary and theatrical stories, such as Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest, Lewis Carrol’s Alice in Wonderland, and Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle’s A Study in Scarlet. She has worked across the board in film and media production, from animation, to camera operation, to script writing. In her free time, she continues to write for theatre and television.
