Having completed Postgraduate qualifications in Education at the University of Melbourne, Pauline has been an VCE English, EAL and English Language teacher for almost 20 years in a range of Australian schools. She has a broad scope of experience with a diverse range of students teaching students from year 7 through to year 12 including Foundational Literacy skills and Advanced Placement English. Pauline has assessed NAPLAN, GAT and VCE Exams in the past and led Literacy training for her teacher colleagues. In 2020, Pauline submitted her thesis to complete a Master of Education (Leadership and Management) at Deakin University and released her first picture book. Pauline hopes to continue helping students build their language and critical thinking skills while working on her writing for children, hopefully making the world more literate, one book at a time.
